Background: This independent luxury hotel with a 3-year old website in a highly competitive and crowded market felt that its website was not generating sufficient bookings.

Actions: HeBS first optimized each home page and prepared them for search engine submissions. Blueprints for a search engine strategy included the following:
- Full registration with 1550 global search engines
- Priority registration with top ten search engines
- Subscription to monthly re-submission service
- Written report and implementation plan
Results: After HeBS implemented the Search Engine Strategy, the property website achieved top rankings and appeared as a top 10 listing on many search engines. This top positioning created more exposure which resulted in a 4-fold increase in direct bookings to the hotel.
