Multiple Hotels - Joint Email Marketing Campaign

Background: After September 11th, several properties, many traditional competitors, all in New York City teamed up to create a joint marketing campaigns promoting commissionable specials to US travel agents.

Action: HeBS developed a joint marketing campaign Two notable campaigns were the popular "America Loves NY" and "This Week's Top Hotel Deals in NY".

  1. HTML email campaigns ran on a weekly basis
  2. Ran for 6 months and provided links back to the hotel websites
  3. Creating bookable opportunities for travel agents
  4. Decreased the need to using online discounters

Results: More than 50 hotels in NYC and over 40,000 travel agents participated in this successful campaign with click view rates as high as 25%.
